作一個真正的朋友
38 In the course of their journey he came to a village, and a woman named Martha welcomed him into her house.
39 She had a sister called Mary, who sat down at the Lord's feet and listened to him speaking.
40 Now Martha, who was distracted with all the serving, came to him and said, 'Lord, do you not care that my sister is leaving me to do the serving all by myself? Please tell her to help me.'
41 But the Lord answered, 'Martha, Martha,' he said, 'you worry and fret about so many things,
42 and yet few are needed, indeed only one. It is Mary who has chosen the better part, and it is not to be taken from her.' (Luke)
常常讀到這段福音, 就會免不了比較瑪利亞和瑪爾大，老實說一開始對於瑪利亞的作為我實在有些不以為然，因為在現實生活中我比較是扮演"瑪爾大"的角色，我也和瑪爾大有一樣的看法：「主！我的妹妹丟下我一個人伺候，你不介意嗎？請叫她來幫助我罷！」覺得自己很偉大，其中還包涵了些許的委屈。
昨天和朋友討論成立一個家庭管理分享的社團，對於這對姐妹幾世紀以來的爭議點突然有了一些全新的看法：
如果我到朋友家拜訪，我會希望主人能全心的和我分享一些彼此間的的喜與憂、樂與苦。想反的如果主人在我到時仍大費周章的為我打點，我心裡其實不會很舒服，甚至有罪惡感，因為我的到來造成朋友的困擾。
關於這一點耶穌的看法是很具家事管理的理念的 「瑪爾大，瑪爾大！你為了許多事操心忙碌，其實需要的惟有一件。瑪利亞選擇了更好的一分，是不能從她奪去的。」
的確, 當朋友到訪時，我們所有的前置工作應該都已就序、定位，或許朋友臨時到訪，這時我們的選擇可能只能叫披撒了!
